Plans are based on your total room inventory—the rooms on your property—not nightly occupancy. Your subscription stays predictable in high and low season.
Are prices billed in US dollars?
Yes. Global pricing is shown and billed in USD. Your invoice reflects the plan and add-ons you select at checkout.
Are there any transaction fees on direct bookings?
Lodgeflow charges a booking fee on direct reservations according to your plan. Fees are shown before checkout—standard card or bank processing fees from your payment provider may still apply.
What happens if I want to cancel my plan?
You can cancel from your account. Access continues through the end of your billing period, and we'll help you export your data if you move on.
Does the pricing include tax?
Where sales tax or VAT applies in your jurisdiction, it is itemized on your invoice—no surprise line items after checkout.
